The National Monuments Service's description
In a shallow E-W hollow on a karst limestone plateau with thin grass cover. Listed as ‘Settlement deserted - possible’ in the RMP (1996) at ITM 524067, 697735. On inspection in 1997 no archaeological remains were found at that location. A subcircular enclosure (c. 27m N-S, c. 22m E-W) defined by a grassed-over stone wall is visible on Aerial Premium orthophotos (2012-2018) at ITM 523952, 697692 some 80m to the W. Several small structures are also visible immediately to the N. This may have been the intended location.
