The National Monuments Service's description

In the SE quadrant of a large enclosure (CL009-264----) on a gentle N-facing slope on a broad plateau in rough pasture. This subcircular enclosure (18.5m E-W; 17.8m N-S) is defined by a low, moss-covered stone spread (int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.5m; Wth c. 2m). A drystone wall (H 1-1.5m; Wth 0.6-0.8m) is built over the perimeter at NNW-W, with an entrance (Wth 1m) at SSE. Walls extending N from NW and NE create a form of annexe (c. 11.5m N-S; c. 10m E-W) open to the N., defined by a drystone wall. Enclosures (CL009-061---- and CL009-284----) lie c. 78m to the WNW and c. 40m to the W, also within the large enclosure. A cairn (CL009-265----) lies just outside the large enclosure at NW.
