The National Monuments Service's description

Situated in rough pasture on the brow of a SE-facing slope. Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996) as it was indicated on Robinson’s map of the Burren (1977). A D-shaped enclosure (int. dims. 29.4m N-S; 26.8m E-W) defined by a drystone wall (T 0.5-0.8m; max. H 1m) often with only one remaining course of transversely laid slabs.
