The National Monuments Service's description

On level ground in an area of grassed-over karst limestone with wide views from N to SW and within a large multiperiod field system (CL009-059001-). Hachured and labelled ‘Carn’ on the OS 25-inch plan (1897) and the 1920 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. This flat-topped subcircular cairn (base dims. 14.2m E-W; 13.4m N-S; top c. 6.5m E-W; c. 5m N-S; H 1m at S, 2.5m at N) has been disturbed, resulting in the formation of a ridge (H 0.2-0.5m) to the W and N of the centre of the top of it. Kerbstones are visible intermittently from ESE to SSW. Another cairn (CL009-059060-) lies c. 62m to the SW. Two hut sites lie c. 47m (CL009-059119-) and c. 56m (CL009-059118-) to SW respectively.
