The National Monuments Service's description

On a gently S-facing slope, in hazel and rough pasture within a large multiperiod field system (CL009-
059001-). Hachured on the 1920 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the RMP (1996).
This poorly preserved circular cashel (ext. dims. 19.7m E-W; 18.8m N-S) is defined by a spread of
stones (Wth 4-8m; int. H 0.5-0.8m; ext. H 0.5-1m) on which a later wall has been built from E to SW.
The original outer wall-face is traceable around most of the perimeter, but the inner wall-face
cannot be seen. Later trackways run across the cashel wall at E and W.

An enclosure (CL009-059034-) and a cashel (CL009-059036-) lie c. 50mand 120m to the SE
respectively. A hut site (CL009-242----) lies c. 140m to the WSW.
