The National Monuments Service's description
On a rise on a plateau, with wide views from W to SSE, within a multiperiod field system (CL009-021001-). This small grass-covered cairn (5.5m N–S; 5m E–W; H 0.8–1m) is a prominent feature of the area. Numerous monuments are visible in its vicinity, including a ring-cairn (CL009-021008-) c. 55m to the SW, an enclosure (CL009-021010-) c. 60m to the E and a house site (CL009-021007-) c. 98m to the WNW.
