The National Monuments Service's description
In rough pasture on a plateau, within a multiperiod field system (CL009-021001-). A subcircular ring-cairn (int. dims. 7.55m N–S; 7.1m E–W) defined by a well-preserved, grass-covered, flat-topped bank (Wth at top 1.25–1.9m; H 0.3–0.5m), which is lined internally and externally with kerbstones (L c. 0.6–0.8; max. H 0.4m; T 0.2m). The kerbstones are generally larger externally between S and W (L 1.5–1.7m). A gap (Wth 2m) at SE is partially filled with field-clearance stones. Within the interior a cairn (dims. 6m N-S; 4.1m E-W; H 0.3-0.5m) is located slightly off-centre at N. Its centre is slightly dipped (diam. 1.5m; D 0.2-0.3m). A drain or gryke is visible outside the bank at N. An unclassified cairn (CL009-021009-) lies c. 55m to the NE. (Grant 2010, 47)
