The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a summit in gently undulating land 10m W of a townland boundary. A cairn of stones (6m N-S; 4m E-W; max. H 1.2m) overgrown with briars and blackthorn. No structural stones are visible. Possibly a clearance cairn.
