The National Monuments Service's description
Prehistoric mound walls are visible on OSi Aerial Premium (2012-2018) forming a field system extending across much of the Termon plateau. Two areas of more intense settlement were noted by Keegan (2016), one near the centre of the plateau at ITM 529282, 700968 (ibid., 82-4) and one at the far south of the plateau at ITM 529312, 700173 (ibid., 85-8). These largely comprise meandering mound walls, also visible on Aerial Premium. Occasional small enclosures are associated. A third settlement was noted at the north end of the plateau at ITM 529352, 701707 (ibid., 89-92) centred on an enclosure (CL006-188----). Keegan surveyed the plateau and noted 5 enclosures (CL010-285----, CL010-255----, CL006-148----, CL006-218---- and CL006-150), a burnt mound (CL006-219----), two possible cists (CL006-220---- and CL010-286----), 16 cairns and a mound (CL006-235----).
