The National Monuments Service's description

On top of a hill, in rough pasture on a karst landscape with commanding views across the Burren in all directions except to NE-ESE, where it is overlooked by higher ground. This monument is hachured on the 1842 edition of the OS 6-inch map. It consists of a circular area (10m N-S; 11m E-W) defined by the low remains of a collapsed drystone wall (int. H 0.15m; ext. H 0.3m; T 2.15m) which are sod covered and poorly preserved. The similar low-profile remains of a field boundary extend from the exterior at W. The interior is generally level and the surface is uneven due to limestone pavement close to the surface. Keegan (2016, 97-8) noted that the enclosure is likely to be contemporary with the adjacent mound walls and that there are several cairns in the vicinity. A cave (CL006-142----) and a souterrain (CL006-142001-) are located c. 160m to WSW.
