The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on level rock pavement in rough grazing overlooking the mouth of a valley to the E. Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). On inspection in 1997 this was found to be a small subrectangular field (diam. c. 28m E-W) defined by a single well-built drystone wall.
