The National Monuments Service's description
In elevated pasture on a limestone terrace on a col between Moneen Mountain to the N and Ailwee to the S with clear views to the E and NW. Indicated on Tim Robinson’s map of the Burren (1999). An irregular enclosure (c. 120m NE-SW; c. 78m NW-SE) defined by a stone wall with internal and external vertical slab facing surviving intermittently and later drystone walling in places. The wall broadly follows the line of the terrace, running downslope across the contour to the N. The interior is level and there is an enclosure (CL005-193----) in its N sector. The monument is bisected NNE-SSW by the Dangan/Kilweelran townland boundary. Another irregular enclosure (CL005-210----) lies immediately to the SE.
