The National Monuments Service's description
In elevated pasture, adjacent to the Poulgorm-Garracloon townland boundary and part of a multiperiod field system (CL005-227004-). A fulacht fia comprising a grass-covered mound of burnt stone and ash (4m NE-SW; 4m NW-SE; H 0.6m) noted during fieldwork in 1998. A raised area (Wth 3.5m; H 0.2m) extending c. 4m to the NW may be part of the same monument. No clear water source was identified but meadowsweet in the vicinity is indicative of damp ground. A fulacht fia (CL005-199002-) is located c. 32m to the NE.
