The National Monuments Service's description
In dense hazel scrub on the E side of a stream on a NW-facing slope overlooking the Rathborney valley. A fulacht fia was noted at ITM 522255, 703285 by Tom Coffey in 1994 (SMR file). On inspection in 1998, no fulacht was found due to dense scrub in the area. The precise location remains unverified.
