The National Monuments Service's description
In elevated rocky pasture with a sheer drop c. 30m to the S and clear views from SW to NW. Within a multiperiod field system (CL005-104001-). Listed as 'Potential Site Air Photo' in the RMP (1996). A subcircular enclosure (13m N-S; 15m E-W) defined by a wall of vertically stacked stone slabs resting on a wide stone foundation (Wth 1.6-2m; H 0.2-0.4m). An enclosure (CL005-158001-) is located c. 45m to the W and a cashel (CL005-159----) with two internal hut sites is located c. 95m to the ENE.
