The National Monuments Service's description

In the NW sector of an ecclesiastical enclosure (CL005-108002-) just N of Killeany graveyard (CL005-108004-) and within a large field system (CL005-108001-). A grass-covered subrectangular stone kiln (5m N-S; Wth 3m at S; Wth 2m at N; H 0.4) with a stone-lined circular ope (diam. 1.5m; D 0.2m) with a blackened pooreen opening to the N.
