The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a high, flat, rocky terrace. Listed as ‘Cleits’ in the RMP (1996). A number of turf stands or cleits were noted here by Christine Grant (pers. comm.). On inspection in 1998 the stone foundations of several stands were found. They were irregularly shaped and partly overgrown.
