The National Monuments Service's description

On a gentle S-facing slope at the break of a steeper slope to the N and W, in a reclaimed mixed pasture and tillage field. Indicated on Robinson’s map (1997). A NE–SW orientated oval mound (basal dims. 12.6m NE–SW; 7.4m NW–SE) which slopes down to SW. It is highest at SE (max. H 2m) and SW where it runs into the natural slope.
