The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on the floor of the presbytery in Corcomroe Abbey (CL003-029002-). A graveslab bearing an inscription that reads: ‘Pray for the souls of John O’Dally and Marey Flanagane 1682’. The inscription appears to be superimposed on an earlier graveslab bearing a single-lined incised Latin cross with rounded terminals on a stepped base. The upper part of the cross is wheeled by a single line. Above the inscription cited above and slightly off-centre is a very small wheeled cross above which are the letters ‘INRI’ and below which are the letters ‘IHS’. (Carey 2008, 18).
