Historique
Demeure construite dans les années 1854-1862 par Julien Gaultier de Rontaunay pour y installer le siège de son commerce. Elle fut ensuite le siège du conseil général jusqu'en 1979. Elle y abrite encore quelques services. C'est une grande bâtisse en bois sous tôle. En 1965, la demeure s'est alourdie d'ajouts. Les murets de soubassements, les planchers et les dallages ont été refaits en béton.

History
Dwelling built in the years 1854-1862 by Julien Gaultier de Rontaunay to install there the seat of his business. It was then the seat of the general council until 1979. It still houses some services. It is a large wooden building under sheet metal. In 1965, the dwelling became weighted down by additions. The substructure walls, floors and pavings were remade in concrete.
