Chapelle funéraire construite en 1900 par les architectes Georges Barbaud et Edouard Bauhain, pour Jules Hunebelle, maire de Clamard de 1856 à 1900. Le style romano-byzantin utilisé s'inscrit dans le courant créé par les restaurations des cathédrales de Périgueux et d'Angoulême, ainsi que par la construction du Sacré-Cur de Montmartre. La chapelle se présente comme une petite église de plan en croix grecque, couverte à la croisée d'une coupole portée par un haut tambour ajouré, et terminée par une abside semi-circulaire.

History
Funerary chapel built in 1900 by architects Georges Barbaud and Edouard Bauhain, for Jules Hunebelle, mayor of Clamard from 1856 to 1900. The Romano-Byzantine style used is part of the movement created by the restorations of the cathedrals of Périgueux and Angoulême, as well as by the construction of the Sacré-Cœur of Montmartre. The chapel presents itself as a small church of Greek cross plan, covered at the crossing by a dome carried by a high pierced drum, and terminated by a semi-circular apse.
