Choeur construit ou reconstruit au 13e siècle, nef du 15e siècle. Au milieu du 19e siècle, l'église paraissant exiguë aux quatre communes formant la paroisse (Bermont, Botans, Dorans et Sévenans) , un projet de reconstruction est décidé et confié à Charles Genty, architecte à Belfort. Celui-ci conserve les parties anciennes les plus intéressantes (choeur, conservé comme sacristie, et base du clocher). Eglise élevée de 1865 à 1868 (nef de cinq travées, chapelles, choeur de plan carré, clocher). Décor d'inspiration néo-romane, s'accordant avec l'ancien choeur. Vitraux des années 1930.

History
Choir built or rebuilt in the 13th century, nave of the 15th century. In the middle of the 19th century, the church appearing too small for the four communes forming the parish (Bermont, Botans, Dorans and Sévenans), a reconstruction project was decided and entrusted to Charles Genty, architect in Belfort. The latter preserved the most interesting old parts (choir, kept as a sacristy, and base of the bell tower). Church erected from 1865 to 1868 (nave of five bays, chapels, choir of square plan, bell tower). Decoration of neo-Romanesque inspiration, in keeping with the old choir. Stained glass windows from the 1930s.
