Dépendant de l'abbaye Ssaint-André de Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, l'église priorale de Grambois est mentionnée pour la première fois en 1096. Nef romane du 12e siècle, à l'origine nef unique de trois travées ; agrandissement au milieu du 14e siècle par une quatrième travée couverte en berceau brisé, un choeur à chevet plat et une chapelle sud voûtés d'ogives. Bas-côté sud en 1560. Fortification du chevet par une tour à la fin du 16e siècle. Ajout de trois chapelles latérales au nord et d'une sacristie au 17e siècle. Nouvelle voûte de la nef, réfection de la façade et tour de l'horloge suite au tremblement de terre de 1708.

History
Dependent on the abbey of Saint-André de Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, the priory church of Grambois is mentioned for the first time in 1096. Romanesque nave of the 12th century, originally a single nave of three bays; enlargement in the mid-14th century by a fourth bay covered with broken barrel vault, a choir with flat chevet and a chapel to the south vaulted with ribs. South aisle in 1560. Fortification of the chevet by a tower at the end of the 16th century. Addition of three lateral chapels to the north and a sacristy in the 17th century. New vault of the nave, refacing of the façade and clock tower following the earthquake of 1708.
