La nouvelle halle fut construite vers 1700 et fut l'objet de travaux menés par les architectes Bellat et Roy, en 1764. En 1828, des réparations sont apportées à l'édifice et la couverture est refaite en 1923. Les derniers travaux datent de 1997 : restauration de la charpente, dans ses dimensions premières, et de la couverture, le dallage et les murets sont repris, l'éclairage et les abords aménagés. La halle, de plan rectangulaire avec un sol pavé, se compose d'un vaisseau central plus large que les vaisseaux latéraux. La couverture en tuile creuse est portée par des piliers en bois reliés par des murets dont il reste quelques traces

History
The new market hall was built around 1700 and was the subject of work carried out by architects Bellat and Roy in 1764. In 1828, repairs were made to the building and the roof was remade in 1923. The latest work dates from 1997: restoration of the roof structure, in its original dimensions, and of the roof, the paving and the small walls are renewed, lighting and surroundings are fitted out. The hall, rectangular in plan with a paved floor, is composed of a central nave wider than the lateral naves. The roof in barrel tiles is supported by wooden pillars linked by small walls, of which a few traces remain.
