Historique

History
The castle formed a seigneury known since the 15th century. The northern rear façade is the oldest. In the 15th-16th centuries, the dwelling is flanked by two defence towers. In 1776, the main dwelling body is enlarged by a west wing and a chapel constructed in the park. In 1780, two pavilions complete the two wings. The outbuildings are constructed in 1820 in the extension of the castle wings and two gates close the courtyard. A dovecote with its rotating ladder and its 1500 nest-holes, a enclosed kitchen garden with pavilions serving as lodging for the gardener and as storage, a fountain and its washhouse, as well as a chapel, complete the ensemble.
