History
This is a house of entirely metal design, resulting from a competition launched in 1927 by the Société des Forges de Strasbourg. Unchanged, it retains its interior arrangement in which a central room distributes the spaces. The structural work (metal frame, beams and corrugated sheet metal panels on the façade) as well as the finishing work (doors, metal rolling shutters) are original.
