Villa in neo-Norman style whose architecture incorporates all the architectural characteristics of the regional style (checkerboard of sandstone and dressed flint, timber framing, complex roof lines and dormers). The garden was created from 1925, attributed to the Canadian Georges Elliot. In this structured garden, a central avenue leads to a rose pergola. Compartmented gardens separated by low walls and hedges develop on either side, on successive terraces.
