Cet ensemble manorial est daté de 1636. Il a été acheté en 1820 par Pierre-Charles Fruictier, industriel du textile, qui a transformé en 1823 l'ancien moulin du manoir en une filature qui fonctionne dès les années 1840. Vers 1870, son fils, Charles-Marie Fruictier, a ajouté des éléments de décor (mascarons, corniches, bandeaux, etc.) et d'architecture (échauguettes à la filature) , en en faisant un ensemble de style Louis XIII en brique et pierre. Le domaine comprend aujourd'hui : le bâtiment du moulin sur la Bresle, construit en brique à la fin du 18e siècle ou au début du siècle suivant ; le logis, constitué d'un corps central flanqué de deux ailes en retour, comportant trois pièces lambrissées à décors du 18e siècle ; un bâtiment de liaison accolé au logis et un bâtiment de commun autrefois à usage d'écurie.

History
This manorial complex is dated to 1636. It was purchased in 1820 by Pierre-Charles Fruictier, a textile industrialist, who transformed the former mill of the manor in 1823 into a spinning mill which was operating from the 1840s. Around 1870, his son, Charles-Marie Fruictier, added decorative elements (mascaron heads, cornices, bands, etc.) and architectural features (échauguettes to the spinning mill), making it a complex in Louis XIII style in brick and stone. The estate today comprises: the mill building on the Bresle, constructed in brick at the end of the 18th century or early following century; the main dwelling, consisting of a central block flanked by two return wings, containing three panelled rooms with 18th-century decoration; a connecting building attached to the main dwelling and a service building formerly used as a stable.
