Témoin unique du premier âge des chemins de fer en région parisienne. Construit entre 1845 et 1846 sous la direction de l'ingénieur Dulong. Exploitation de la ligne par le système Arnoux (trains articulés). Voie courbe (en raquette) qui permettait au train de repartir sans manoeuvre. En 1889, décision de prolonger la ligne jusqu'au Luxembourg : bâtiment amputé de son aile droite, abandon du matériel Arnoux.

History
Unique witness to the first age of railways in the Paris region. Built between 1845 and 1846 under the direction of engineer Dulong. Operation of the line by the Arnoux system (articulated trains). Curved track (shuttle-shaped) which allowed the train to depart without manoeuvring. In 1889, decision to extend the line to the Luxembourg: building reduced by the loss of its right wing, abandonment of Arnoux equipment.
