History
Building constructed in 1881-1882 by architect Nanteuille. The constructive programme defining living space and working space is significant of the industrial hotels of the end of the 19th century. From 1936 onwards, the buildings purchased by the CGT metallurgy union became one of the high places of trade unionism.
