Caractéristique de la seconde partie de l'oeuvre de Le Coeur, le central de la rue du Temple est une oeuvre fonctionnelle dont le décor ajouté est absent. Quatre piliers massifs divisent la façade, datée des années 1920-1925, en trois travées bombées et s'incurvent en partie haute pour soutenir une corniche à degré. L'originalité de la façade est due au traitement décoratif du béton : cannelures des piliers, aspect vermiculé des parties planes de la façade, meneaux lisses entre les rangées de fenêtres verticales. L'entrée se fait sous un porche au plafond peint sur ciment : elle est fermée par une grille à motifs végétaux très épurés attribuée au ferronnier Szabo. Si le bâtiment a été considérablement transformé à l'intérieur, la façade sur la rue du Temple a gardé un grande pureté de lignes et une sobriété très fonctionnelle dans les volumes.

Characteristic of the second part of Le Coeur's work, the central [building] of rue du Temple is a functional work to which added decoration is absent. Four massive pillars divide the façade, dated to the years 1920-1925, into three curved bays and curve in the upper part to support a stepped cornice. The originality of the façade is due to the decorative treatment of the concrete: fluting of the pillars, vermiculated appearance of the flat parts of the façade, smooth mullions between the rows of vertical windows. The entrance is made under a porch with a ceiling painted on cement: it is closed by a grille with very refined plant motifs attributed to the ironworker Szabo. Although the building has been considerably transformed internally, the façade on rue du Temple has retained great purity of line and very functional sobriety in its volumes.
