Abbaye fondée en 1144 par des chanoines de l'ordre de Saint-Augustin. Eglise abbatiale du 13e siècle. Les bâtiments conventuels qui subsistent se rattachent à deux campagnes de travaux du 17e siècle, l'une en 1620 (bâtiments abbatiaux, presbytère) , la seconde consécutive à un incendie en 1680 (nef de l'église). L'ensemble est cohérent et a subsisté avec une prospérité constante jusqu'à la Révolution.

History
Abbey founded in 1144 by canons of the order of Saint-Augustine. Abbatial church of the 13th century. The surviving convent buildings belong to two construction campaigns of the 17th century, one in 1620 (abbatial buildings, presbytery), the second following a fire in 1680 (nave of the church). The whole is coherent and has survived with constant prosperity until the Revolution.
