Le moulin à farine des Teppaz est le dernier qui subsiste encore équipé de sa meule. Il était la propriété d'un certain Louis Teypa en 1732 dont la famille possédait également un autre moulin en amont. La particularité de ces petits moulins était qu'ils échappaient aux banalités.
Description
Le moulin Teppaz est un exemple de moulin des plus simples qui longeaient les ruisseaux de montagne de faible débit. Le bâtiment de moellons et de grosses pierres d'angle taillées conserve une partie de son enduit. Le bâtiment de plan carré abrite une chambre de meule qui surmonte la chambre à eau ou chambre de la roue. Semi-enterrée, cette chambre est couverte d'une voûte cintrée.

The flour mill of the Teppaz is the last one that still subsists equipped with its millstone. It was the property of a certain Louis Teypa in 1732 whose family also owned another mill upstream. The particularity of these small mills was that they escaped the seigneurial monopolies.
