Fontaine construite entre 1855 et 1860 sur le plan général de Christophe Colard, dans le cadre de l'assainissement du réseau d'alimentation d'eau au sortir de deux épidémies de choléra en 1849 et 1854. Elle comprend deux étages de bassins ornés de décor rocaille, portant une statue de saint Pierre Fourrier bénissant, oeuvre de Constant Grandgirard.

History
Fountain built between 1855 and 1860 on the general plan of Christophe Colard, as part of the overhaul of the water supply network following two cholera epidemics in 1849 and 1854. It comprises two storeys of basins decorated with rocaille ornament, bearing a statue of Saint Pierre Fourrier blessing, a work by Constant Grandgirard.
