C'est un bâtiment de plan en U délimitant une cour, dont le corps principal est précédé d'un porche formant avant corps, porté par des colonnes à chapiteaux corinthiens, et couronné d'un fronton triangulaire. Dans le tribunal de commerce, une salle d'audience conserve un décor peu modifié depuis le 19e siècle.

History
Built from 1833 to 1836 on the plans of architects Christophe Colard and Auguste Sirodot, the building appears representative of urban public constructions of neoclassical style realised in the first half of the 19th century. It is a U-plan building delimiting a courtyard, whose main body is preceded by a porch forming a forward projection, carried by columns with Corinthian capitals, and crowned by a triangular pediment. In the commercial court, a hearing room retains decoration little modified since the 19th century.
