History
Built in 1906 by the architect Wolff in neo-Renaissance style. On the ground floor, the former courtroom has retained its fittings (platform, railing, furniture, star motif in stucco on the ceiling). The building is one of the rare ones in the city built before 1914 to have survived both world conflicts.
