History
A noble dwelling is said to have stood from the 13th century on the site of the present château des Ifs. In 1577, construction of the small castle, of which the stair turret subsists, transformed in the 18th and 19th centuries. Surrounded by a fortified wall, the property comprises, besides the small castle, an entrance passage giving onto the courtyard, two outbuildings and, to the south of the small castle, a garden embellished with yew trees, magnolias and box hedges and bounded by a fine sandstone balustrade.
