En 1252, édification d'un château fort sur la partie sud d'un promontoire rocheux (où se trouvait un ermitage dès le 10e siècle). Le village est fortifié à partir de 1315 : construction d'une muraille de sept mètres de haut. Des constructions se sont établies sur les remparts au cours des 17e et 18e siècles. Il ne reste aujourd'hui que les deux tours d'angle du côté est et un vestige de rempart à l'angle sud-ouest.

History
In 1252, construction of a stronghold on the southern part of a rocky promontory (where a hermitage was located from the 10th century). The village is fortified from 1315 onwards: construction of a wall seven metres high. Buildings were established on the ramparts during the 17th and 18th centuries. Today only the two corner towers on the east side and a remnant of rampart at the south-west corner remain.
