Historique
Édifié entre 1871 et 1874, la propriété se compose d'un logis, d'une cour et d'une dépendance domestique. Le logis, de plan rectangulaire, est construit en maçonnerie, son élévation antérieure est entièrement appareillée en grès gris, tandis que l'élévation postérieure est enduite. Il comporte deux caves, un étage carré ainsi qu'un étage de comble, l'ensemble étant couvert par un toit à versants brisés. A l'intérieur, une partie des décors d'origine a été conservée (fenêtres, serrurerie, stucs, lambris, etc). La cour comprend également des vestiges d'aménagements anciens (bassin d'une fontaine et un treillage). Cet immeuble, de style néo-Renaissance, s'inscrit entre deux époques : celle du Second Empire, de par son style, et celle du IIème Reich des Hohenzollern, de par sa chronologie.

History
Built between 1871 and 1874, the property comprises a main dwelling, a court and a domestic outbuilding. The main dwelling, of rectangular plan, is constructed in masonry, its front elevation is entirely faced in grey sandstone, whilst the rear elevation is rendered. It comprises two cellars, a principal storey as well as a roof storey, the whole being covered by a roof with broken slopes. On the interior, part of the original décor has been preserved (windows, metalwork, stuccos, wainscotting, etc). The court also comprises vestiges of ancient arrangements (basin of a fountain and a trellis). This building, in Neo-Renaissance style, is situated between two periods: that of the Second Empire, by virtue of its style, and that of the IInd Reich of the Hohenzollern, by virtue of its chronology.
