Historique
Les premiers Bains du Mont Cornadore furent bâtis en 1832 et constituèrent rapidement un domaine thermal autonome comprenant une Villa des Bains destinée au logement des baigneurs (1839) et, en face, un véritable hôtel (1841). Entre 1873 et 1875, on assiste à l'agrandissement de ce dernier ainsi qu'à l'aménagement d'une terrasse et d'un café et, surtout, à la transformation de l'établissement thermal. Une nouvelle façade en briques peintes s'ouvre sur un espace d'accueil menant à la galerie des bains couverte d'une verrière et revêtue d'un carrelage à frise florale. La galerie distribue les cabines de bains situées dans deux ailes parallèles. A l'arrière, deux salles, situées à l'intérieur de la Villa des Bains, abritent la salle de pulvérisation et celle de la source.

History
The first Baths of Mont Cornadore were built in 1832 and quickly constituted an autonomous thermal domain comprising a Villa des Bains intended for the accommodation of bathers (1839) and, opposite, a veritable hotel (1841). Between 1873 and 1875, there was an enlargement of the latter as well as the development of a terrace and a café and, above all, the transformation of the thermal establishment. A new façade in painted bricks opens onto a reception space leading to the bathing gallery covered with a glass roof and lined with ceramic tiles with a floral frieze. The gallery distributes the bathing cabins located in two parallel wings. At the rear, two rooms, located within the Villa des Bains, house the spray room and the source room.
