History
Originally a castle chapel, this Romanesque church linked to the former castle by a vaulted passage, appears to have been erected at the end of the 11th or the beginning of the 12th century. Composed of a blind nave, it was enlarged and doubled probably at the end of the 12th century by the addition of two bays constituting a choir and a fore-choir in Romanesque style. At the beginning of the 14th century was added painted decoration which appears to cover all the walls. Geometric and floral decoration in the choir. Alignment of saints in the nave.
