No element permits explanation of the presence of a heraldic painted ensemble of the 14th century in this house. According to the hypothesis of Doctor Toulemont in his 1981 article, "Discovery of a heraldic painting in Auvergne", the course of the river would formerly have encircled this house, isolating it on an island.
