Prieuré fondé pour conserver les reliques de Saint-Médulphe. La salle d'époque gothique voûtée d'ogives ainsi que le reste des éléments du 13e siècle sont enfouis sous une maison de plaisance construite au 18e siècle par l'architecte Legay (aile est) puis agrandie vers 1900 (aile ouest) dans un esprit balnéaire néo-18e siècle. Les dépendances agricoles datent des 17e et 19e siècles et se composent notamment d'un pigeonnier sur voûte à coupole à coffrages apparents et le logement du métayer contenant un escalier à volée suspendue sur limon torse ainsi qu'une charpente à la Philibert de l'Orme.

History
Priory founded to preserve the relics of Saint-Médulphe. The vaulted hall of the Gothic period with rib vaults as well as the rest of the 13th century elements are buried beneath a pleasure house built in the 18th century by the architect Legay (east wing) then enlarged around 1900 (west wing) in a neo-18th century seaside spirit. The agricultural outbuildings date from the 17th and 19th centuries and consist notably of a dovecote on a vault with a cupola with exposed framework and the farmworker's dwelling containing a suspended flight staircase on a twisted string as well as roof structure in the manner of Philibert de l'Orme.
