Ferme modèle édifiée en 1859 par Bourgeois pour Jacques Paul Bourget. La disposition à cour ouverte, typique du pays d'Ouche, a été rationnellement conçue avec, au centre, le logis encadré par une bergerie et une écurie bûcher. De part et d'autre de la cour ont été érigés la grange et un bâtiment abritant pressoir, étable, cave et remise. Accolé au pignon sud, un poulailler complète les deux constructions. Au nord du domaine se trouve la porcherie, avec cour et souille séparées de la ferme par une mare et son lavoir. Après 1863, l'ensemble se complète d'un bâtiment comprenant four à pain, fournil et beurrerie.

History
Model farm built in 1859 by Bourgeois for Jacques Paul Bourget. The open-court layout, typical of the Ouche region, was rationally designed with, at the centre, the main dwelling flanked by a sheepfold and a stable-woodshed. On either side of the courtyard were erected the barn and a building housing a press, stable, cellar and storage shed. Attached to the south gable, a henhouse completes the two constructions. To the north of the estate stands the pigsty, with courtyard and wallow separated from the farm by a pond and its washing house. After 1863, the whole is completed by a building comprising a bread oven, bakery and butter dairy.
