Cette église, peu documentée, a connu vraisemblablement une longue histoire entre l'époque de sa construction attestée par le vaisseau unique de la nef romane et la façade, plusieurs fois remaniée, et celle du choeur flamboyant édifié au 16e siècle dans un registre grandiose élevé : sa nef principale et ses collatéraux constituent un espace volumineux, agrémenté de vitraux intéressants, en particulier les trois verrières centrales du sanctuaire, classées le 5 novembre 1912. Cet édifice est exceptionnel aussi pour les hautes lancettes élancées du choeur qui lui confèrent une allure majestueuse, exceptionnelle pour une petite paroisse.

History
This church, poorly documented, has presumably experienced a long history between the period of its construction evidenced by the single nave of the Romanesque vessel and the façade, reworked several times, and that of the flamboyant choir built in the 16th century in a grand and elevated register: its main nave and its aisles constitute a voluminous space, embellished with interesting stained glass windows, in particular the three central stained glass windows of the sanctuary, classified on 5 November 1912. This edifice is exceptional also for the tall slender lancets of the choir which give it a majestic appearance, exceptional for a small parish.
