History
This house was built in 1971-1972 by Hungarian sculptor Pierre Szekely and architect Henri Mouette. It illustrates the movement of counter-architecture. Called bottle-house or plant-house, its plan reproduces the drawing of a flower on a stem with its leaves. The rounded forms are made possible by the use of sprayed concrete.
