Située au Sud-Est de Lunéville, au bord de la Meurthe, elle est construite sur le terrain de l'ancienne abbaye de Beaupré. Inspiré de l'architecture Palladienne, son plan est organisé en trois parties : deux travées identiques au Nord et au Sud, l'habitation au devant, la bergerie et l'écurie à l'arrière. C'est un bâtiment compact dont la façade principale est le seul élément remarquable. Elle subit quelques modifications, liées à sa fonction agricole.

Description
Located to the South-East of Lunéville, on the edge of the Meurthe, it is built on the site of the former abbey of Beaupré. Inspired by Palladian architecture, its plan is organized in three parts: two identical bays to the North and South, the dwelling in front, the sheepfold and stable at the rear. It is a compact building whose principal façade is the only remarkable element. It underwent some modifications, linked to its agricultural function.
