Historique
L'église paroissiale est érigée au-dessus d'un sanctuaire ancien, probablement dédié à saint Martin dès l'origine. L'édifice primitif est en partie reconstruit au 15e siècle. Au 17e siècle, l'église est composée d'une nef unique et d'un choeur gothique doté d'une chapelle du côté gauche, construite en 1680. Des travaux d'agrandissement sont réalisés en 1887-1888.
Description
La nef de l'église est allongée et flanquée de deux bas-côtés et d'une chapelle à l'ouest, pour contenir l'assemblée des fidèles devenus plus nombreux. La sacristie ainsi que la tour clocher sont totalement rebâties. En 1974, des travaux de restauration de l'intérieur de l'église conduisent à la découverte dans le choeur d'intéressantes peintures murales dissimulées sous un enduit de plâtre.

History
The parish church is erected above an ancient sanctuary, probably dedicated to saint Martin from the origin. The primitive building is partly rebuilt in the 15th century. In the 17th century, the church is composed of a single nave and a Gothic choir furnished with a chapel on the left side, built in 1680. Enlargement works are carried out in 1887-1888.
Description
The nave of the church is elongated and flanked by two aisles and a chapel to the west, to contain the assembly of the faithful who had become more numerous. The sacristy as well as the bell tower are completely rebuilt. In 1974, restoration work on the interior of the church leads to the discovery in the choir of interesting mural paintings hidden under a layer of plaster render.
