Edifice construit en 1771 pour Olivier Ambroise Dubois, maître des forges de Chailland et de Port-Brillet. Le logis se situe en fond de cour, flanqué de deux ailes basses abritant les communs. Un fronton triangulaire surmonte la travée centrale. Les pilastres superposés, la table surmontant la porte d'entrée et le balcon en fer forgé sont les seules concessions ornementales. Les intérieurs ont conservé leur distribution d'origine avec des décors de boiseries, trumeaux peints, parquets, cheminées et escalier à rampe en fer forgé.

History
Building constructed in 1771 for Olivier Ambroise Dubois, master of the forges of Chailland and Port-Brillet. The main dwelling is located at the back of the courtyard, flanked by two low wings sheltering the outbuildings. A triangular pediment surmounts the central bay. The superimposed pilasters, the table surmounting the entrance door and the wrought-iron balcony are the only ornamental concessions. The interiors have retained their original distribution with wood panelling decoration, painted overdoors, parquetry, fireplaces and staircase with wrought-iron railing.
