Le jardin aménagé en bordure de la Voire et de la rue de l'Isle comprend trois parties : un jardin à la française, un jardin pittoresque et un ancien potager. Le jardin à la française avec son pavillon néo-18e, ses parterres et sa charmille taillée en forme de niche et en dés reflète le goût pour l'art topiaire ; elle est prolongée par un labyrinthe ; l'aspect actuel correspond à celui des photographies de la fin du 19e siècle, mais la disposition du jardin complétait un bâtiment aujourd'hui disparu. Le jardin à l'anglaise ou pittoresque avec ses allées sinueuses compte 62 arbres ou arbustes différents, principalement d'origine européenne. L'ancien jardin potager possède un pavillon rustique de la fin du 19e siècle et les anciens carrés sont évoqués par des bordures de buis. L'ensemble illustre le goût d'une population aisée pour les jardins, depuis le 19e siècle.
